Обратился к Марининой Татьяне (Nuvole Bianca / Арте) за ремонтом «под ключ» — в итоге получил срыв сроков, некачественные работы и постоянные проблемы с контролем.
Считаю, что подрядчик допустил существенное нарушение договора: сроки сорваны, качество не соответствует требованиям, выявлены многочисленные дефекты. Это прямо нарушает положения Закон РФ «О защите прав потребителей».
Недостатки устранять не спешат, коммуникация слабая. Результат ремонта меня не устраивает, фактически утратил к нему интерес.
Не рекомендую. Готовлюсь защищать свои права и взыскивать убытки в судебном порядке.
